Productivity

Everyone dreams of a productive day where they can accomplish goals and finish the day proud of themselves. But that is just a dream.

When people have free time, it is a continuous trend to see that they will immediately cease to function and become a sloth. The thoughts of all these hopes and goals are pushed back to the next day and the cycle keeps on occurring.

Kyle Do, a student at FVHS (’18), claimed this morning that he would “probably go to the gym and finish all of his homework by 2”. Two hours has passed that deadline and he hasn’t completed both of those simple tasks.

Why is it so difficult for one to finish their tasks and goals? Or more specifically, why is it difficult to follow through with what one says?
